Water and glass: make a “lump” like shape; stayed contained with itself, did not move across the surface
Water and metal: make a “lump” like shape; stayed contained with itself, did not move across the surface, became more flat on the surface rather than a lump shape.
Vegetable oil and glass: when first dropped it spread a little bit, then stayed contained with its self,
Vegetable oil and metal: when first dropped it spread a little bit, then stayed contained with its self, formed bubbles, make a thinner lump then the water.
Ethanol (Vodka) and glass: stayed contained on the surface
Ethanol (Vodka) and metal: moved across the surface, not staying in one area
Ethanol (Vodka) and cling wrap on metal: spread across the entire surface, moved across any small ridges that were on the cling wrap and even moved off of the cling wrap.
Acetone and glass: moved across the surface, moving around certain areas of the glass without getting wet (electrons spilt?) Made a weird design on the glass, remained very flat, later dissolved.
Acetone and cling wrap on glass: formed two little/flat lumps, moved across the surface
Acetone and metal: stayed contained, did not spread across the surface. Remained flat
11. Isopropyl (rubbing alcohol) and metal: first made a lump, and then slowly moved across part of the surface
I have graphs, showing shape and consistency of the different liquids on different surfaces but I am unable to copy the graphs over and be able to still view them and I am not sure how to upload a document.
